Since this is still a relatively small collab, we have a chain of nominations than free nominations (nominating like 4 people hoping one of them answers)

would rotoscope be against the rules?
Rotoscoping is completely fine, its technically animation :D
Also, I don't really know what rotoscoping is so a simple google search told me that it is when you take a video and essentially "trace" (for the lack of a better word) over each frame of the video to make it into an animation.

3. I know that only one OC will get iced, but can I animate other characters too if they don't get iced?
