She's hellbent on being as much of a nuisance to the city she lives in as possible and has even gone as far as killing authorities.Her best friend recently disappeared in an attempt of storming the HQ of the company the runs the city so Hissa was asked to take care of her little brother.

One issue I have is how the title is just pure white...
It could be a lighter variant of your ground colour with a different, more variable font.
